    William Ford, President of Mustard Seed has been counseling sex offenders for over a decade. He has an earned Masters of Social Work and is a Licensed Social Worker. Fords vision was instrumental in the formation of Mustard Seed Survivor Empowerment Foundation. Biography

    Allen R. Washington

    Co-Founder
    Allen Washington is a co-founder with Bill Ford of Mustard Seed. He has worked as our Chief Operations Officer since the inception of the company. Allen has earned a Masters Degree in Social Work. He also works as a skilled group facilitator.     Biography

    Scott Johnson

    J.D.
    Scott Johnson is the Executive Director of MSSEF. He gave up a successful career as a lawyer to join our team in 2008. He has brought to life a counseling service for survivors of sexual abuse.

    Tameka Bell

    Office Manager
    Tameka has been with Mustard Seed for nearly 10 years. She is the point of contact for all clients and Probation Officers. She manages all client records and provides help for clients and supervision.

    Felicia Harper, M.Ed., MHC-LP

    Ms. Harper is a Clinical Mental Health and Certified School Counselor. She graduated with her Bachelors in Psychology and minor in Criminal Justice as well as a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from St. John’s University. Ms. Harper has devoted over 10 years of work exploring the components of youth and family development in private and public settings. Biography
